Before 2018, I had never visited Costa Blanca South. But from my very first visit — while exploring the area and viewing properties — it was clear this was somewhere special. I fell in love not just with the scenery, but with the feeling of the place.
Whether cycling quiet roads, riding through open landscapes, or simply walking through the neighbourhood, the air feels clean, the pace unhurried, and the environment genuinely safe. It’s a location perfectly suited to everyday living, yet effortlessly delivers beautiful beaches, outstanding restaurants, and a lifestyle that remains refreshingly authentic — and unlike many parts of Spain, still accessible and affordable.
Just a few miles inland, the Costa Blanca reveals another side entirely: traditional villages, dramatic mountain backdrops, and a slower, more timeless Spain that never fails to impress.
